APO HEATS UP BAHRAIN, KUWAIT AND OMAN!

Together with Angelique Lazo, Geneva Cruz, Nanette Inventor, the APO raised the barometers to record highs in Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman with performances full of warmth and laughter before an estimated 6 thousand Filipinos.In a 10 day tour, the Kumustuhan show, a program put together by Star Events rolled out the carpet of great Filipino entertainment to the delight of Filipinos in the area. The audience came from all over--Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Sharjah, and other places to join their fellow Filipinos and watch the well-applauded shows.

The Kuwait Times had a full page feature on Kunustahan a day after the troup performed on July 12 in Kuwait City. (See picture). This is the second tour of the Kumustahan troupe in less than a year. Last October, the group barnstormed Europe. Because of the success of the shows, a second Middle East tour is being planned which will now include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Sharjah and other places.
